Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Made-to-order items may require additional production time, which is noted on the product page. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Shipping: 7–12 business days
  • Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipment, not the order date.
  • Please note that delivery may occasionally take longer due to customs processing, high-demand periods, or carrier delays beyond our control.

Shipping Destinations We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. Any applicable promotions, such as free shipping, will be automatically applied.

No Hidden Fees — Taxes & Duties Included Good news: the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay. All applicable taxes and import duties are already covered by Monvexa. There are no surprise charges, customs fees, or extra costs upon delivery — what you see is what you pay.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 1–3 business days for the tracking information to update after you receive it.

Incorrect Address Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before your order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please reach out to us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We're here to help.
